About the role
You'll lead creative execution across several concurrent brand design projects, from brief to delivery, translating consumer insight into multi-sensory retail work. You'll be the design voice in client presentations, workshops and pitches, and you'll direct and mentor junior and mid-weight designers, sharpening both concept and craft. You'll own supplier relationships, scope and timelines, and contribute to new business through the work itself.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Five to eight years in an agency, working across branding, graphics, digital and experiential
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- End-to-end project ownership

- Ready to be the design lead, not one of several
