About The Role
As a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Sr BMAS), you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience by building meaningful relationships and providing personalized financial support. In this role, you are more than a transactional resource—you are a trusted partner helping members navigate important financial decisions, from opening accounts to accessing lending solutions and improving their overall financial wellness.
We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking professional to help us better serve the diverse communities of Reading, Shillington, West Lawn, Muhlenberg, and surrounding Berks County areas. Your language skills will help members feel understood, supported, and confident in their financial decisions. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success, including operational processes and member service excellence. Responsibilities
- Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts
- Support consumer loan applications (excluding mortgages)
- Resolve complex member concerns and escalations
- Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services
- Support branch operations including teller/MSR coverage
- Provide notary services (training provided)

Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish is required. A passing verbal assessment of language proficiency will be required during the onboarding process.
- High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred.
- Two to four years’ experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services industry.
A passing verbal assessment of language proficiency will be required during the onboarding process for bilingual proficiency premium.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts from 8:45 AM to 12:30 PM.
Pay
Compensation Range: $21.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location, or special skills.
Offering $750 Sign-On Bonus.

Location
This position is based at our Shillington branch at 600 East Lancaster Ave, Shillington, PA, and may also support nearby branches in Muhlenberg, West Lawn, Exeter, and Reading as needed.
