Senior Branch Member Account Specialist - Exeter, PA

As a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Sr BMAS), you'll build meaningful relationships while helping members with accounts, lending needs, everyday banking, and their financial goals. Whether you're bringing experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, or financial services, we'll provide the training and support you need to grow your banking knowledge and build a rewarding career with Visions.

Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Location: Exeter Branch, 4655 Perkiomen Ave, Reading, PA. This role may also support nearby branches in Muhlenberg, Shillington, West Lawn, and Reading as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships through thoughtful, personalized service and meaningful financial conversations.
• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts, and support consumer loan applications (excluding mortgages).
• Listen to members, resolve concerns, and recommend relevant solutions that support their financial goals.
• Support branch operations, including teller and Member Service Representative coverage, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Learn and grow in a supportive branch environment that allows for hands-on training and more one-on-one member interactions.
• Use Spanish-language skills to help members feel understood, supported, and confident in their financial decisions.
• Obtain a notary license within one year; training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience; alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to obtain a notary license within one year of accepting the role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
• This position does not offer employment visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Two to four years' experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services industry.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency — a bilingual premium is offered to qualified employees who successfully complete the required language proficiency assessment.
