Position Overview
The Senior BCBA provides clinical oversight, supervision, and program development while maintaining a balanced, high-quality caseload. This role plays a key part in clinical excellence, staff development, and program consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBAs in training
- Provide clinical guidance to ensure ethical, evidence-based care
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust programs as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support training, onboarding, and clinical best practices
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Eligible for licensure and practice in Texas
- 3 years of experience preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or junior clinicians
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills
