Position Overview

The Senior BCBA provides clinical oversight, supervision, and program development while maintaining a balanced, high-quality caseload. This role plays a key part in clinical excellence, staff development, and program consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBAs in training
  • Provide clinical guidance to ensure ethical, evidence-based care
  • Monitor treatment progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support training, onboarding, and clinical best practices
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Eligible for licensure and practice in Texas
  • 3 years of experience preferred
  • Experience supervising RBTs and/or junior clinicians
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills
