Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

The Clinical Services Team is seeking a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. This position offers an opportunity to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on functional assessments
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Train staff and families in evidence-based practices
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make recommendations for modifications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
