Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Treatment planning and implementation for clients
• Collaboration with families to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
• Training and support for parents in managing their child's behavior
• Assisting in the development and management of the caseload
• Mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)
• Participating in the Cultivate Apprenticeship Program to gain leadership experience
• Working closely with the Clinical Manager to enhance skills and advance career
• Engaging in talent acquisition and client outreach activities
• Supporting candidates who are actively working toward their BCBA certification

Requirements

• Active pursuit of BCBA certification
• Experience in behavior analysis or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passing the BCBA exam within the next 60 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay

• Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
• Additional bonus potential of $19,000 annually

Schedule

• Full-time: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible)
• Part-time: Minimum of 15 hours per week between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible)
