Responsibilities
- Performing testing, service, and repairs on a wide variety of biomedical equipment, including respiratory and ventilator devices.
- Affirming a clean and orderly service area, ensuring a safe environment for service personnel.
- Meeting individual and department productivity goals.
- Collaborating with leadership to improve current processes and procedures to deliver unparalleled quality results to customers and the center.
- Managing inventory processes, utility technician responsibilities, and completing all required training as directed by leader.
- Serving as a mentor and coach, sharing knowledge and expertise effectively with all Biomedical technicians.
- Assisting with internal or external audits and/or inspections as needed.
Requirements
- Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
- Advanced ability to troubleshoot and repair medical devices with a focus on respiratory devices in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintains compliance with all applicable standards (SOPs and work instructions) in performing job duties.
- Good decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize work. Ability to remain flexible and respond to changing priorities while remaining focused on results.
- Organized with strong time management and communication skills. Demonstrates aptitude to learn the use of biomedical systems (i.e., OneTrack) and various device testing software at a high level.
- Strong commitment to the McKesson i2Care and iLead principles. Promotes a customer-patient centric culture.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft office tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Benefits
As a Senior Biomedical Technician, you will be eligible for a budgeted rate of $35/hr. Additional benefits may include an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, as well as a competitive compensation package determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Pay
The pay range for this position is $30.94 - $51.56. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets.
Schedule
Shift Details: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. Over time, as required.
