Responsibilities

• Lead document production planning and Revit modeling for large-scale BIM projects
• Utilize BIM model coordination software such as Navisworks and Revizto
• Apply Revit add-ins and third-party software (e.g., Ideate Software, Dynamo, pyRevit) to increase workflow efficiency
• Work with Bluebeam Revu and Studio sessions
• Collaborate on projects involving large-scale healthcare, education, civic, science and technology, or industrial manufacturing buildings

Requirements

• 6+ years of Autodesk Revit 2023-2026 and related BIM software experience in a structures or related department
• Working knowledge of Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Experience with BIM model coordination software such as Navisworks and Revizto
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu and Studio sessions
• Familiarity with AutoCAD in a structural engineering or architectural setting
• Experience using Revit add-ins and third-party software to increase workflow efficiency, such as Ideate Software, Dynamo, and pyRevit
• Construction experience a plus
• Experience with large-scale healthcare, education, civic, science and technology, or industrial manufacturing buildings

Pay

$100,000 - $125,000 per year
