Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager

Job Roles And Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and improve firm-wide Revit standards, templates, families, and content libraries across MEP disciplines.Lead BIM setup for new projects, including model structure, worksets, shared coordinates, and linking protocols.Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models with architectural, structural, and other consulting teams.Perform and manage clash detection using Navisworks or similar coordination tools.Provide Revit technical support and troubleshooting for engineering and production staff.Train and mentor engineers and designers on BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.Evaluate, implement, and optimize BIM software, plugins, and workflow improvements.Conduct model quality control reviews prior to project submissions.Coordinate with discipline leads and project managers to maintain model integrity across active projects.Monitor BIM standards, software updates, and industry best practices.Support efficient production of construction documents using BIM workflows. Qualifications And Certifications 3+ years of experience in Revit/BIM production within an MEP or AEC consulting environment.Strong expertise in Revit MEP and BIM workflows.Experience creating and managing Revit families, templates, and content libraries.Experience with Navisworks or similar clash detection software.Experience using BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or comparable collaboration platforms.Working knowledge of MEP systems and construction document production.Strong communication, leadership, and training skills.Experience supporting engineering and production teams.Autodesk certifications preferred.Dynamo experience is a plus.
