Are You the Senior Billing Specialist Our Team Needs?
- 5+ years of billing experience.
- At least 2 years of ServiceTitan experience, as well as experience in the HVAC, mechanical contracting, plumbing, electrical, or repair/service industry, are preferred.
What Vital Assistance Do You Provide?
This is a full-time financial position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM. In this financial role, you'll ensure every customer invoice is complete, accurate, and processed efficiently. Your day will involve generating invoices for service, maintenance, and project work, reviewing completed work orders to verify labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, permits, and miscellaneous charges. You'll also audit invoices for accuracy before distribution, and process a variety of billing types, including progress billing, time-and-material billing, fixed-price contracts, and recurring maintenance agreement billing.
