Senior BI Analyst

The Role

We’re seeking a Senior BI Analyst to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for driving product improvements, enhancing customer value, and informing business decisions through data-driven insights. Your work will impact everything from feature launches to customer retention strategies.

What You'll Do

• Own product and customer analytics end-to-end, from data collection to executive dashboards.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define success metrics and track progress.
• Dig into customer behavior to identify key drivers and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards for executives and operational teams.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize onboarding flows and customer interactions.
• Produce quarterly executive summaries on customer health and trends.
• Replace outdated dashboards with modern, data-driven metrics.
• Bring strategic thinking to the table, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

Who You Are

• 4-6 years of experience in product, business, or data analytics, preferably at a SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to frame business problems with clear questions and solutions.
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience with modern BI tools.
• Adept at using AI tools to enhance analysis and decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and event modeling.
• Effective communicator with the ability to present complex data in simple, actionable formats.
• Curious and inquisitive, always seeking deeper understanding and improvement.
