Senior BI Analyst

About the role

Own the Reporting Ecosystem: Take responsibility for the design, development, and maintenance of the Tableau reporting suite, ensuring high performance and data accuracy.
Manage Stakeholders Effectively: Act as a consultative partner to internal stakeholders, translate high-level business questions into technical requirements and delivery roadmaps.
Bridge Data & Business: Collaborate with the data warehouse team to influence data modelling and schema design, ensuring the backend is optimized for all analytical needs.
Drive Actionable Insights: Move beyond descriptive reporting to identify trends and growth opportunities, providing stakeholders with clear "next step" recommendations.
Standardize BI Best Practices: Implement and maintain high standards for dashboard, data documentation, and quality assurance to ensure a "single source of truth"
End-to-End Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of reporting projects, from initial SQL data extraction and transformation to the final visualization and stakeholder walkthrough.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in a BI or Data Analytics role, with specific experience in the iGaming or B2B software sector.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Tableau and SQL. You must be comfortable writing complex, optimized queries for large-scale datasets.
• Solution-Oriented Approach: A track record of taking messy or incomplete requirements and turning them into structured, valuable reporting tools.
• Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, navigate conflicting priorities, and present data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Depth: Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas) and data warehouse architecture.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
