About the Role

We are looking for a senior consultant with deep expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Pharma/Life Sciences analytics to drive strategic data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience handling large-scale analytics programs, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and AI-driven analytics initiatives across Pharma/Life Sciences projects.
• Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar BI platforms.
• Drive client discussions, solution workshops, and executive presentations related to analytics, AI adoption, and reporting strategies.
• Recommend innovative BI and AI approaches to improve decision-making, automation, forecasting, and business insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients for analytics transformation and AI-driven reporting initiatives.
• Analyze pharma commercial, patient, sales, marketing, and omnichannel datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and business teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, Data Warehousing, or Data Engineering projects.
• Strong experience in Pharma/Life Sciences domain is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in BI reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar).
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Extensive experience in Pharma/Life Sciences analytics and commercial data domains.
• Experience with patient analytics, sales analytics, field force analytics, or omnichannel analytics.
• Strong client interaction, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead business discussions and recommend scalable BI and AI solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Hybrid at Plainsboro, NJ – minimum 4 days onsite per week.
