Job Details

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of building automation, HVAC controls, or BMS experience
• Strong BAS/BMS programming and graphics experience
• Distech or Tridium Niagara N4
• If you do not have Distech or Tridium, must have extensive experience with one of the other major platforms (JCI, Siemens, Schneider, ALC)

NICE TO HAVE:

• Niagara N4 certification
• Distech certification

Qualifications

Our expertise spans diverse building types, including commercial, institutional, educational, residential, and healthcare facilities.

As a senior programmer/specialist on our team, you will be responsible for creating control algorithms, managing system databases, integrating multiple systems, executing project start-ups, and providing training and documentation for end users. We also expect our programmers to have experience inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing automation systems, and modifying programs and graphics on Niagara N4 sites.

Skills

We are looking for a senior programmer/specialist who can demonstrate strong skills in building automation, HVAC controls, or BMS. Experience with Distech or Tridium Niagara N4 is preferred, but extensive experience with other major platforms (JCI, Siemens, Schneider, ALC) is acceptable if you do not have Distech or Tridium.
