Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Advanced proficiency with BAS platforms, programming tools, and system integration
- Demonstrated experience working with open protocols such as BACnet and LonWorks in complex control systems
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and their integration into BAS
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, understandable terms
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
- Up-to-date knowledge of latest industry trends and technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
