About the role

F&M Trust is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Financial Services Representative to join our team at the Mont Alto Community Office. The Senior FSR will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, accurate transaction processing, and personalized banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service while performing a variety of teller and account service functions
• Develop strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services
• Open, service, and maintain consumer deposit accounts
• Aid with business account services and operational transactions
• Handle advanced customer inquiries and banking requests professionally
• Support branch efficiency through compliance with policies and procedures
• Act as a knowledgeable resource for coworkers and promote teamwork
• Contribute to branch service and business goals

Requirements

• Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
• Works effectively in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
• Has a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous banking, financial services, or related experience preferred

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week.
