Senior Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Analyst

About the role

Responsible for analyzing financial transactions to identify suspicious activity in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review financial transactions for potential AML/BSA violations
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior management
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AML/BSA compliance
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
