We Are Looking For a Senior Bakery Quality Analyst In 5707 Waterford District Dr, Miami, FL 33126 USA.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Lead single and multi-stage projects, including the design of research protocols that meet client objectives.
• Generate high-quality, actionable data; interpret findings; prepare reports; and contribute to decision-making.
• Conduct and lead physical and sensory testing to assess compliance with brand standards.
• Train suppliers on brand sensory standards using acceptance panels and descriptive analysis.
• Communicate results to suppliers and provide recommendations for achieving compliance.
• Cook samples in accordance with testing guidelines, ensuring timely arrival.
• Collect, interpret, and report data using systems such as LIMS and Excel.
• Receive and correctly log all incoming samples.
• Aid in training junior analysts and providing technical guidance.
• Support senior roles as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Nutrition Science, Bakery Science, or related field.
• Quality assurance experience, Sensory Science experience.
• Management experience is a plus.

Compensation Package Overview

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $64,000
Full Time Eligible
