Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement backend architecture for ERP NextGen services
  • Optimize PostgreSQL performance and ensure data integrity
  • Ensure concurrency and scalability of backend systems
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Implement error handling, logging, and observability practices
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, and product teams
  • Actively contribute ideas and take ownership for initiatives and outcomes
  • Act in alignment with company values and contribute to a respectful and performance-oriented culture

Functional / Technical Hard Skills Required

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • A confident and professional use of Microsoft products, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • A fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written)
  • A strong background in backend development with 4+ years of experience
  • A strong focus on Go programming
  • A deep understanding of API and service architecture
  • A strong grasp of PostgreSQL performance
  • A thorough knowledge of concurrency and scalability
  • Able to conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Able to implement error handling, logging, and observability practices

Nice to Have

  • Distributed systems basics
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Security fundamentals
  • Experience with legacy integration
