About the Role

The Senior Producer will own end-to-end B2B influencer campaigns focused on mid-market executives. The role covers strategy, talent research and recruitment, campaign production, client communication, influencer relationships, timelines, and budgets across multi-phase programs.

Responsibilities

  • Source C-level influencers and negotiate contracts to help clients engage mid-tier executives.
  • Develop integrated influencer strategies aligned with PR initiatives and corporate narratives.
  • Lead internal and client-facing meetings, including agendas, campaign updates, problem-solving, and recaps.
  • Pitch and book executive thought leaders for podcasts, trade associations, specialized conferences, and executive dinners.
  • Research, recruit, cast, and present influencer talent for paid and earned campaigns, supported by clear strategic rationale.
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers and serve as the primary contact for business opinion leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate technical innovations and B2B product benefits into authoritative, engaging stories.
  • Monitor relevant cultural, industry, media, and influencer trends.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media, or public relations.
  • At least three years of B2B campaign experience activating thought leaders for technology or fintech brands.
  • Working knowledge of PR research, executive visibility planning, and media relationship development.
  • Experience identifying niche authorities, speakers, and subject-matter experts based on industry credibility.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including client presentations and executive reporting.
  • Excellent organization, project management, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage five or more strategic client projects simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative approach with strong follow-through.

Pay

Base salary: $98,000-$110,000 per year
