Senior Azure Full Stack Developer (Azure/.NET/Terraform)

NTT DATA’s client is seeking a Senior Azure Full Stack Developer (Azure/.NET/Terraform) to join their team in Arlington, Texas (US‑TX), United States.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between services and applications.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth and JWT.
• Develop and deploy Azure Functions for serverless computing solutions.
• Configure and manage Azure Service Bus for messaging and event‑driven architectures.
• Implement Azure Application Insights for monitoring, logging, diagnostics, and performance optimization.
• Design and maintain Azure SQL Database solutions for enterprise applications.
• Manage Azure Storage Accounts (Blob, Queue, and Table Storage) to support scalable cloud solutions.
• Use Terraform to provision, automate, and manage Azure infrastructure in a repeatable manner.
• Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments and ensure compliance with cloud best practices.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security within Azure cloud environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and REST API development.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Application Insights, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage Accounts.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in Azure environments.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Angular and/or React front‑end development.
• Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, application monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Skills

• Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ‑204, AZ‑305, or related certifications (nice to have).
• Experience with microservices and event‑driven architecture.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and DevOps best practices.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring development teams.
