Senior Azure Cloud Architect

About the role

The Senior Azure Cloud Architect will lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud solutions for a diverse range of clients. This role requires deep expertise in Azure services, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures using Azure services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud strategies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior cloud architects
• Conduct security assessments and implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior role
• Proven experience with Azure services and Azure Security Center
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform is a plus

Skills

• Azure Certified Solutions Expert (AZ-300)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Azure AD Identity Protection

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
