Senior Aviation Project Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will lead complex aviation projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience in aviation or civil engineering
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Knowledge of FAA and DOT regulations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with structural engineering and civil design
