Senior Aviation Project Engineer

About the role

The successful candidate will lead complex aviation projects, manage teams, and ensure project deliverables meet high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of aviation projects
• Manage project teams to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders including airlines, airports, and regulatory bodies
• Develop and maintain project documentation and records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in aviation engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools and software
• Knowledge of FAA and other aviation regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
