Senior Aveva PI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Aveva PI Engineer to join our growing team. This position involves leading the design, deployment, testing, and maintenance of PI Systems across various industries including Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Metals & Mining, Warehousing & Distribution, and CPG/Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as team lead on PI System applications through installation, design, implementation and support.
• Design, build, test, validate, troubleshoot and debug new and existing systems.
• Commissioning of new PI systems.
• Development of design documentation/testing protocols and supporting protocol executions.
• Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining PI Systems
• Experience integrating PI with PLC and DCS systems
• Experience in using Asset Framework to create asset models
• Experience in using PI Vision or other tools to create displays and reports for front end users
• Experience with PI to PI and RDBMS interfaces (a plus)
• Understanding of IT systems, Automation, and network infrastructures
• Understanding of Biopharmaceutical processes (a plus)
• GMP and validation experience (a plus)
• Knowledge of S88 Batch standards and experience implementing batch systems (a plus)

Pay

$120,000 - $140,000
