Senior Automation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with deep expertise in PowerShell and cloud-native technologies to design and deliver scalable, enterprise automation solutions. This role focuses on building event-driven, API-integrated systems using serverless cloud services (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) that enhance platform interoperability and reduce operational overhead.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell-based automation solutions for enterprise orchestration and system integration, including scripting (PowerShell/Python) to optimize endpoint operations within ServiceNow.
• Design and implement serverless, event-driven solutions using AWS Lambda or Azure Functions to enable scalable automation and real-time processing across enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate PowerShell solutions with ServiceNow, using Git for version control and collaboration.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for effective data management and reporting within ServiceNow and related databases.
• Build and manage REST API-driven integrations to enable seamless interoperability between platforms.
• Document processes, scripts, and workflows for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Pay

• Annual salary: $115,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications
• Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program based on performance (subject to plan terms)
