Senior Auto Technician 2nd Shift $4,000 Sign On Bonus (Manheim)

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty work and the duties of a level 1 and 2 auto tech
• Work independently or in a team environment
• Perform advanced diagnostics
• Clutch and transmission replacement
• Identify required parts and partner with parts & procurement teams to acquire necessary parts, supplies, and materials
• Alert team lead and/or management about difficult issues, patterns, and trends
• May upfit new vehicles with necessary equipment
• May be required to perform OEM recalls

Requirements

• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required
• 5+ years of automotive service and repair experience
• Ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles

Qualifications (Preferred)

• High school diploma or GED
• Current ASE Certifications: A1–9 (L1 in emission states when required by leadership)

Pay

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $26.73–$40.10/hour. The base rate may vary within this range based on factors such as location and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may also be eligible for additional compensation, including commission and/or incentive programs.
