Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of auditing and inspection experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with risk assessment and compliance processes.
