Responsibilities
- Perform compliance and forensic audit procedures in accordance with engagement objectives and firm standards.
- Plan, organize, and execute assigned audit engagements, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Staff Auditors, providing ongoing guidance, technical support, and performance feedback.
- Review staff workpapers and audit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm methodologies.
- Maintain regular communication with audit contacts and engagement stakeholders throughout the audit process.
- Utilize data analytics and computer-assisted audit techniques to extract, process, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
- Apply advanced auditing and accounting knowledge, professional judgment, and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
- Keep Managers and Partners informed of engagement progress, significant findings, potential issues, and budget considerations.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with audit contacts and client representatives.
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, establishing priorities and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Stay current on accounting, auditing, and industry developments, including applicable regulations and professional standards.
- Assist with the training and development of staff through coaching, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job instruction.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by department leadership.
- Travel to fieldwork locations and engagement sites as needed.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred; CPA eligibility strongly preferred.
- Two or more years of compliance audit experience, or experience within an accounting or business management environment serving the entertainment industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Copilot, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Microsoft Access or other data analysis tools.
Physical Requirements
- The role requires standing, walking, crouching, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
- The position involves frequent use of hands as well as reaching with hands and arms.
- The employee will regularly be required to talk, hear, see, and sit.
- The work environment may involve a moderate to loud noise level.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
