Senior Auditor

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to plan, execute, and complete audit, review, and compilation engagements. This role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements and related workpapers, supervising junior team members, and working with clients throughout engagements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete audit, review, and compilation engagements.
• Prepare and review financial statements and related workpapers.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate with clients and provide service throughout engagements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencies through technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 4-6 years of progressive audit experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting.
• Experience leading audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Supervisory experience and ability to coach and develop staff.
• Proficiency with audit software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CPA license preferred or actively pursuing certification.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
