Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality audit services to clients in various commercial industries
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the audit department
Requirements
- Passion for superior client service, uncompromising integrity, excellent project management abilities, and leadership skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop A&A associates
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a Master's degree preferred
- CPA certification and active CPA license
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is $140,300 to $196,400.
