This highly visible position offers excellent training, development, and professional growth. You will have lots of contact with outstanding clients in a variety of commercial industries.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality audit services to clients in various commercial industries
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new audit methodologies and processes
- Provide strategic advice to clients on financial reporting and compliance matters
Requirements
- Passion for superior client service, uncompromising integrity, excellent project management abilities, and leadership skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop A&A associates
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a Master's degree preferred
- CPA certification and active CPA license
Qualifications
- Strong academic background in accounting
- Experience in leading audit engagements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay
The salary range for this position is $140,300 to $196,400.
