Senior Audit Associate

This role supports clients in the Growth Services and Manufacturing practices, including growing businesses, closely held companies, and established manufacturing clients. It is ideal for someone seeking hands-on client exposure, engagement ownership, and variety in client industries.
Responsibilities
- Act as the in-charge on audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to completion
- Prepare financial statements, related disclosures, and reportable conditions letters with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Build technical and analytical competence by staying updated on trends, developments, and technical authorities
- Manage work plan schedules and anticipate client needs
- Oversee and mentor associates assigned to various engagements
- Collaborate effectively with both in-person and remote team members
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement processes and team efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent public accounting experience in audit and assurance, or relevant industry experience
- Solid understanding of audit and attest services
- Knowledge of FASB regulations and GAAP
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications

- Experience in public accounting or relevant industry experience

Pay
The current estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational goals.
