Senior Attorney or Counsel - Commercial Litigation
The Opportunity
We operate a dynamic litigation practice and need an attorney who can hit the ground running. You will handle sophisticated disputes for business and individual clients across a range of subject matters, with genuine autonomy and direct client contact from day one. If you are energized by courtroom work, skilled at navigating complex commercial disputes, and looking for a firm where your contributions are recognized, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications
- A substantial litigation background with demonstrated courtroom and hearing experience, including depositions, motions practice, and trial or arbitration participation
- Experience in one or more of the following: commercial/contract disputes, probate and estate litigation, or employment litigation
- Connecticut and Federal bar admission
- Strong writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within the firm
- Prior experience at a litigation boutique or full-service firm with significant commercial litigation volume
