Senior Attorney - Contract Dispute

This role is hosted by Bryce Koelsch. Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

We are a rapidly growing business law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area, with offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We are currently searching for a Senior Associate Attorney to join our team with proven experience in business law.

Responsibilities

• Handle matters involving Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate, and securities.
• Manage Intellectual Property law issues (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, patents).

Requirements

• JD Degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New Mexico Bar.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• 2+ years of experience within Business law.
• Required practice experience in one or more of the following areas (a combination is preferred):
  • Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases, and real estate.
  • Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents).
