What You'll Do
- Lead the negotiation and execution of complex contracts
- Review, analyze, and interpret terms and conditions to identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks
- Ensure all contractual terms are comprehensively addressed by appropriate functions (credit, engineering, finance, operations, product management, risk management, supply chain, etc.) and approved in accordance with corporate policies
- Collaborate with various departments including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Credit, Sales, Trade Compliance, and other Specialty Practice Groups within the Law Team
- Guide the organization in enterprise risk management, process optimization, and the adoption of new technologies to streamline legal services

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
- License to practice in one of 50 U.S. States
- Minimum of 7 years' work experience as an actively licensed attorney

Pay
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000–$190,000. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
Schedule
This position can be based out of any Eaton site within the continental US with hybrid work available. If the candidate is not located within 50 miles of an Eaton site, remote work will be considered.
