The Senior Attorney is a full-time in-office position responsible for providing exceptional legal services while serving as a legal leader within the Firm.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload involving estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related matters
• Serving as a Managing Attorney providing guidance and mentorship to attorneys and legal staff
• Promoting consistency in legal work product
• Supporting operational excellence
• Helping ensure the Firm maintains the highest standards of client service and legal quality
• Exercising sound legal judgment, demonstrating professionalism and integrity
• Supporting the development of the legal team
• Collaborating with leadership to improve legal operations, client experience, and departmental performance

Pay

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 yearly
