About the role

Modern Family Law is a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law. We are currently offering a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation package.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple tasks with precision.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
• Active admission to the Texas State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Pay

$110,000 - $220,000 annually. Additionally, we are currently offering a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation package for this role.

Schedule

The role is hybrid, with a remote-first setting and the availability of a brick-and-mortar office space as needed by courts and clients. Billable hours are low (120 per month).
