Senior Attorney
Job Summary
Modern Family Law is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Associate Attorney to join their Everett, WA office. This position offers a remote-first setting with occasional in-person work, low billable hours, direct client contact, and the opportunity to develop substantive litigation skills.
About the Role
Modern Family Law is a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law. As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will handle a variety of family law cases including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support. You will also have the opportunity to communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.

- Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, and handle depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
- Manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborate within a team-oriented setting to ensure collective success.
Requirements
- Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
- Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
- Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Compensation
$175,000 - $285,880 annually. The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
