Senior Attorney

Job Summary

Modern Family Law is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to join our Dallas, TX office. This position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation package.

About the Role

Joining Modern Family Law means working in a remote-first setting with the flexibility to work in-person as needed. You will have low billable hours requirements (120 per month) and the opportunity to develop substantive litigation skills early in your career.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.
• Manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate within a team-oriented setting to ensure collective success.

Requirements

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
• Active admission to the Texas State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Pay

$110,000 - $220,000 annually, with a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation package.

Schedule

Hybrid model with the option to work remotely after 6 months.
