Senior Attorney

Job Summary

Modern Family Law is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to join our Bellevue office. This position offers a remote-first setting with occasional in-person work, low billable hours, direct client contact, and the opportunity to develop substantive litigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple tasks with precision.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a client-focused approach.

Compensation

$175,000 - $285,880 annually, with a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation package.
