Senior Attorney

About the role

Modern Family Law is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to launch and grow their new Savannah office. This role is ideal for attorneys passionate about Family Law and eager to contribute to the firm's growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate with a team to achieve collective goals and success.

Requirements

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Active admission to the Georgia State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Pay

$90,000 - $180,000 annually.

Schedule

Hybrid model with remote work options and occasional in-person attendance as required by courts and clients.
