Senior Attorney

About the role

Modern Family Law is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to launch and grow their new Atlanta office. This role is ideal for attorneys passionate about Family Law and eager to contribute to the firm's growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.
• Operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting to achieve collective goals and success.

Requirements

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Active admission to the Georgia State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Pay

$90,000 - $180,000 annually, with potential for additional commissions based on billable hours and collections.

Schedule

The role is hybrid, with a remote-first setting and the possibility of in-person work as required by courts and clients.
