Senior Associate, Working Capital
About the role
The Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) – CFO Services team at Alvarez & Marsal is expanding its reach across various locations in the U.S. This team serves middle market and large cap private equity firms, helping to improve operating results at their portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
- Structuring a work plan and managing projects through completion.
- Developing findings and making strategic recommendations.
- Strong financial modeling experience and understanding of financial statements.
- Experience with Tableau and think-cell software.
- Treasury / cash management experience.
- Systems implementation experience.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of relevant work experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Strategy or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited 4-year institution.
- Expertise with data and analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
- Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time at short/immediate notice.
Benefits
The salary range is $120,000 - $160,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M also offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
