About the role
The Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) – CFO Services team at Alvarez & Marsal is expanding its reach across various locations in the U.S. This team specializes in serving middle market and large cap private equity firms, helping to improve operating results at their portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
- Structuring a work plan and managing projects through completion.
- Developing and presenting strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
- Experience with Tableau and think-cell software.
- Treasury and cash management experience.
- Systems implementation experience.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of relevant work experience in areas such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Strategy, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited 4-year institution.
- Strong expertise with data and analytics tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
- Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time at short/immediate notice.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually, contingent upon various factors including education, experience, skills, and location. Additionally, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
