Senior Associate - Transaction Advisory Group - Financial Due Diligence

A&M is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals in 40+ countries. TAG specializes in financial and accounting due diligence, capital markets, and ETS services for private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family offices, and corporations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence, identifying key risks and potential deal breakers, assessing strengths and weaknesses, and evaluating transactions within clients' investment strategies.
• Analyze detailed financial statements, converting data into meaningful insights for discussions with target management and stakeholders.
• Conduct investigative analyses, construct deal-oriented reports and presentations highlighting key financial, commercial, and other findings.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with target company management and client personnel, serving as a secondary point of contact for client needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships and explore business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of audit and financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm, with at least 1 year in financial due diligence.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or in the process of obtaining one.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Flexibility to work in fast-paced settings.

Pay

The base salary is $130,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Employees are also eligible for a 401(k) retirement savings plan and various benefits including healthcare, flexible spending accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverage.
