Senior Associate - Telecom & Digital Infrastructure Practice

About the role

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is expanding its capacity to serve clients across telecom and digital infrastructure. In 2024, we created a focused Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry group to complement A&M’s history in solving complex issues in this space. We are looking for accomplished consultants and operators with deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to develop actionable strategies and see them through to execution.

Responsibilities

• Effectively leads workstreams
• Lets self and teammates achieve objectives set with project leadership direction
• Plans and designs work by using structured problem-solving framework and methodologies
• Interfaces with client regularly and possesses strong executive presence
• Provides significant support on proposal and sales efforts
• Actively seeks to identify client’s needs that may lead to new opportunities for A&M; manages personal relationships in a business context and maintains an active network of business relationships
• Establishes an inclusive environment that is positive and engages all team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience
• Outcome oriented
• Entrepreneurial and commercial approach
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal/team skills, high E.Q.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Comfortable with travel
