Management$88k–$100k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about loving pioneering, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "Overview". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - Intro: "Do you love pioneering... At Capital One, you'll be part of a big group..." This is like an overview. Could be "About the role". - "What You’ll Do:" then description of responsibilities. That's Responsibilities. - "Basic Qualifications:" list of qualifications. That's Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Basic Qualifications likely go under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll put under Requirements. - "Preferred Qualifications:" list. Could go under Qualifications or Skills. We'll put under Qualifications. - Salary info: "The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location." Then gives Riverwoods, IL: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Associate, Tech Operations. Also mentions performance based incentive compensation. So we have Pay section. - Benefits: mention "Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being." That's Benefits. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule. - Skills: maybe we could extract skills from qualifications but not needed; we can omit if no dedicated skills section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, immigration statement, accommodation, etc. Also remove "No agencies please." etc. Also remove "Capital One does not provide..." etc. Also remove "This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days." etc. Also remove "Learn more at the Capital One Careers website." etc. Also remove "Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status..." etc. Also remove "Capital One promotes a drug-free workplace." etc. Also remove "Capital One will consider for employment qualified applicants with a criminal history..." etc. Also remove "If you have visited our website..." etc. Also remove "For technical support or questions..." etc. Also remove "Capital One does not provide, endorse nor guarantee..." etc. Also remove "Capital One Financial is made up..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: intro, responsibilities, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, pay, benefits. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact details. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to decide what constitutes a list. Responsibilities: The paragraph after "What You’ll Do:" includes multiple sentences describing duties. Could be turned into list items? The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If the responsibilities are not explicitly a bullet list but a paragraph, we could still treat as prose (

). However they said "any list of duties/requirements/benefits". If it's not a list, we can use

      . Safer to use

for responsibilities. Basic Qualifications: list of items each starting with "At least 2 years of ..." plus "High School Diploma...". That's a list; we should use

      • . Preferred Qualifications: list; use
        • . Benefits: statement about comprehensive benefits; could be

. Pay: we have salary range and incentive compensation. Could be

          or maybe list? We'll use

. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits. We must not include Skills if not present. Now craft HTML. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's write:

          About the role

          Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Riverwoods, IL: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Associate, Tech Operations. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

          Benefits

Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.

Check we didn't include any boilerplate. We removed immigration statement, EEO, accommodation, etc. Also removed "No agencies please." etc. Also removed "Learn more at the Capital One Careers website." etc. Also removed "Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status..." etc. Also removed "This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days." etc. Also removed "Capital One promotes a drug-free workplace." etc. Also removed "Capital One will consider for employment qualified applicants with a criminal history..." etc. Also removed "If you have visited our website..." etc. Also removed "For technical support or questions..." etc. Also removed "Capital One does not provide, endorse nor guarantee..." etc. Also removed "Capital One Financial is made up..." etc. We kept all substantive info: intro, responsibilities, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, pay, benefits. Check we didn't miss any detail: The responsibilities paragraph includes "Monitor systems, alerts, and dashboards to identify potential incidents and escalate issues to the appropriate teams to ensure rapid restoration of serviceDocument recurring issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures". There's a missing space between serviceDocument; we need to keep as is? The original text: "Monitor systems, alerts, and dashboards to identify potential incidents and escalate issues to the appropriate teams to ensure rapid restoration of serviceDocument recurring issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures". It seems there is a missing space. We should preserve exactly as given? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the text exactly as provided, including the missing space. However we added a space after service before Document? In our paragraph we wrote: "Monitor systems, alerts, and dashboards to identify potential incidents and escalate issues to the appropriate teams to ensure rapid restoration of service. Document recurring issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures." We added a period and space. That changes the text (adds a period). The original had no period and no space. We should not add punctuation that wasn't there. We should keep the exact string: "Monitor systems, alerts, and dashboards to identify potential incidents and escalate issues to the appropriate teams to ensure rapid restoration of serviceDocument recurring issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures". That's awkward but we must preserve. Similarly, there may be other missing punctuation. Let's copy the responsibilities paragraph exactly as in the posting: "This role will provide onsite customer support for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce. Responsible for providing technology support operations including, but not limited to, end user support, IT incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge management, endpoint management, and business controls. This position will require excellent customer service and quick decision-making skills to identify and resolve internal users’ technical issues with a heavy focus on laptop support with an even mix of Windows PCs, Macs, and Mobile Devices. This role requires a focus on execution, accountability, and results to improve the end user experience while driving operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage up and collaborate well with immediate peers. Monitor systems, alerts, and dashboards to identify potential incidents and escalate issues to the appropriate teams to ensure rapid restoration of serviceDocument recurring issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures" We need to keep that exactly. So we will put that inside

tags. Now check the intro paragraph: "Do you love pioneering in the technology operations space? Do you enjoy solving complex business problems in a fast-paced, collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused environment? At Capital One, you'll be part of a big group of makers, breakers, doers and disruptors, who love to solve real problems and meet real customer needs. We are seeking Tech Operations Professionals who are passionate about operational excellence, automation, and delivering seamless customer experiences to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving operational reliability and transformation across Capital One." We need to keep exactly.
