Senior Associate, Software Engineer – Data Platform & AI Applications

The Opportunity

The Senior Associate will help build and extend our enterprise data platform and AI application ecosystem. This role combines advanced data engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps discipline, and applied AI development.

This is a hands-on technical role with meaningful scope and influence. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling trusted analytics across the firm, integrating proprietary data into AI systems, automating operational workflows, and creating custom apps and tooling.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of experience in: data engineering, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure
• Requisite experience in AI Application development including LLM APIs and RAG Pipelines
• AWS experience including Docker and Kubernetes
• Advanced Python proficiency
• Advanced SQL and data modeling
• Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps best practices
• Strong written and executive communication skills
• Experience in wealth management, asset management, or fintech
• A positive, helpful and can-do attitude
• Preferred:
• Experience in Salesforce data integration
• Experience designing secure AI architectures
• Experience mentoring junior engineers

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms. The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $125,000 to $160,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
