Senior Associate, SALT Property Tax
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service to multi-state companies with property tax compliance.
- Evaluate information presented on property tax returns before, during, and after preparation.
- Aid in property tax bill payment and return preparation using Property Tax Management Services (PTMS).
- Review assessment notices to identify any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of recent work experience, including a minimum of two years of experience in personal property tax compliance preparing property tax returns, bill payments, and valuation notices using PTMS.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- J.D., LL.M. in taxation; master's in taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university or CMI (Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation) preferred.
- Experience with various other taxes and their impact on property tax.
- Strong knowledge of the development, planning, and execution related to property tax.

Pay
KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $73,720 - $164,565.
Schedule
Standard work hours and years of service determine the Personal Time Off provided annually.
